The legislative act optimizes structure of the Minsitry of Interbal Affairs.
The Law eliminates duplication of functions in the activity of HUBOZ of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, transport and vet militia, as well as authorized bodies of internal affairs on children performing functions that come under the jurisdiction of criminal militia and public security militia.
Respective amendments were made to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements, Criminal Procedure Code, Laws "On Militia", "On operational and investigative activity", "On Transport", "On the organizational and legal framework to combat organized crime", "On general structure and number of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine" and "On Veterinary Medicine".
The bill was registered under No. 1550.
